Tracklaying Completed for Main Line on Xiong'an-Xinzhou High-Speed Railway

Recently, tracklaying was completed along the entire main line of the Xiong'an-Xinzhou High-Speed Railway, which connects Xiong'an New Area with Xinzhou in Shanxi province. The railway has a total main line length of 342 kilometers and a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour, with bridges and tunnels accounting for 89 percent of the route. Once opened for operation, it will connect with the Beijing-Xiong'an Intercity Railway, Datong-Xi'an High-Speed Railway, Tianjin-Baoding Railway and other lines, effectively shortening travel times between the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and central Shanxi urban clusters.
